Maria del Carmen Mayoral Biography

Active in the luxury Real Estate arena for almost three decades, María del Carmen Mayoral has been using the power of connections to create a varied, rewarding and successful career helping buyers and sellers achieve their Real Estate goals.

At the beginning of her successful career, Ms. Mayoral first joined EWM Realtors (now Berkshire Hathaway), where she perfected her marketing prowess to excellent results, consistently achieving a high rank in the prestigious Chairman's Club, EWM's foremost sales awards. Now, she has transitioned to Coldwell Banker.

With a clientele that is based almost exclusively on referrals from her customers and repeat business, her knowledge of the market, outgoing personality, and unparalleled work ethic enables her to work with high profile clients, always maintaining the highest level of service and integrity.

Having lived with her family in both the City of Coral Gables and the Village of Key Biscayne, Mari Carmen has developed a keen insight of these affluent communities and the Miami luxury market.

Born in Cuba and raised in Puerto Rico, she feels that Miami certainly is the place to call home. After graduating with honors from the University of Puerto Rico with degrees in advertising and marketing, she went on to pursue graduate studies at the University of Texas at Austin.

Ms. Mayoral has served on the Board of Directors of the Key Biscayne Chamber of Commerce, participated in the BNI chapter in Key Biscayne and she has been a member of the historic preservation group of The Villagers. Nowadays, she is also part of the Young Patronesses of the Opera.

She is the proud mother of 3 amazing young adults; and is also a dog lover who enjoys interior design, gardening, floral design and calligraphy.
